About the Brand
Sony
Sony Cinema Line is the professional camera family trusted by feature film cinematographers, broadcast operators and live production teams across the globe. The Sony VENICE, BURANO and FX series cameras pair industry-leading full-frame sensors with the robust build quality, reliable performance and complete lens and workflow ecosystem demanded by the most ambitious productions. From flagship theatrical features to fast-moving documentary and commercial work, Sony Cinema Line delivers extraordinary image quality with the operational confidence professionals require.
The Sony VENICE platform set a new benchmark for large-format digital cinema, combining 8K resolution, wide dynamic range and dual-base ISO with the mount flexibility and modularity that high-end cinematography demands. The BURANO brings full-frame cinema performance into a compact, handheld-friendly body, while the FX series makes Sony's renowned full-frame colour science and autofocus accessible to solo operators and smaller crews.
